How Do We Book Your Wedding?

Contact us here to get started! Fill out some basic information for us on our contact page about your event, and we will do our best to get back to you in a few minutes with our package list! We require a 10% down payment of the total and a signature on our contract. Once we have that, you are fully booked and ready to go! The rest of the cost can be financed or paid in full any time before the event date. The full payment is due by the date of the wedding.

What is your style of filmmaking and photography?

For videography, we like to try and have a story-telling style of film. Such as something that tells the story of how you and your partner met, or how you feel about your wedding day. For photos, we like to keep to keep the look of our photos realistic and true to life. We only add enhancements to things such as colors, sharpness, and brightness levels. All of our films and photos are completely customizable to your liking. So if there are any specific shots you would like us to get for your event then, we can do it for you! On the wedding day, we typically try to stay out of the way as much as we can and get our shots from the sidelines. This allows us to get those beautiful candid shots that look amazing in photos and film!

Can We choose our own music for the films?

Not exactly. Due to copyright laws, we are only able to use music that can be legally licensed to us. We do this through a music licensing service called MuicBed.com You can, however, pick any song from there or give us suggestions for what kind of style of music you would like to have in it. If you don’t want to worry about choosing songs yourself, and you would rather have us do it for you, then that is perfectly fine as well! We can choose songs that are beautiful and fitting to your film!

Do you travel or do destination weddings?

Yes, we travel anywhere in the world! We are based in Chatsworth Georgia and do a lot of weddings around the southeast, but we also travel anywhere you would like us to go! We do charge a small travel fee for anything over a distance of 120 miles from our location in Chatsworth GA. For longer distances that require flights, we only require the price of room and flights to be covered for at least 2 people.

Do you offer pre-wedding Consultation?

Yes, we do! We really like to get to know our clients before the wedding day, and if you are local then we would love to meet you and speak personally. If you are not local, we can also speak over the phone or do a FaceTime/Zoom call.

When and how will you receive your photos and videos?

The photos and videos can take up to 180 days to edit and fully process depending on what packages you go with. As soon as they are complete, we will send you digital copies through email to preview your project and make sure everything is to your liking. Once everything is finalized, we will mail you a custom engraved USB drive with your name and anniversary date on it that contains all of your photos and videos.

What equipment do you use?

For both photos and videos, we use the latest Full-Frame Sony Mirrorless Cameras and Sony lenses. We use Sony cameras because they offer the best features for both videography and photography that suit our needs as well as having bulletproof reliability. For audio, we use Rhode lavalier microphones to capture the voice audio in our videos for the ceremony footage and speeches. These microphones allow us to capture perfectly clean audio of the people who are speaking. We also use a DJI Phantom 4 Drone to capture the landscape shots of the venues. Some of the other minor equipment we use are things such as camera gimbals for steady moving shots, and fluid head tripods for the longer shots such as the ceremony and dances.

Do you have insurance?

Yes! We do carry liability insurance and are able to provide a certificate of insurance if it is requested from the venue or any other vendor.
